| PAYMENT POLICIES |
- Attendance for a period of two weeks or more constitutes the entire term and no refund of tuition fees, in part or in whole will be granted for the term. For attendance of less than two weeks, 50% of the term program tuition cost is charged. Advance notice in writing of plans to withdraw is required for consideration of any request for a refund. There will be an administrative fee of ¥10,000 for all early withdrawals.
- Each school year is comprised of two terms. Payment can be made either in full for the entire year, or by term. Term 1 payment is due on May 1 and Term 2 payment is due on December 1. Payment is net of fees/charges. Remit cash or check payments to the Director or the Administrative Assistant in the Early Learning Center office on the fourth floor.

| Payment must be made in YEN by check,
bank transfer or cash. For bank transfer,
please make the remittance in the child’s
name and provide the ELC office with
a copy of your receipt. Payment is net of charges.

| Financial Assistance |
Program tuition cost assistance is available to members
of the international community who find payment
a hardship. A Financial Assistance Application form
can be obtained from the Director. All financial
assistance application information is kept strictly
confidential. |
